Silent Prayer of Confession
Sung Response & Assurance of
Pardon
“Lord have mercy upon
us. Christ have mercy upon us. Lord have mercy upon us.”
Glory to the Father
“Glory
be to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning
is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.”
An Affirmation of Faith (unison)
This
is the good news which we received, in which we stand and by which we are
saved; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was
buried, that he was raised on the third day; and that he appeared to Mary, then
to the twelve, and to many faithful witnesses. We believe he is the Christ, the
Son of the Living God. He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end,
he is our Lord and our God. Amen.
Sharing of Joys and Concerns
Prayers of the People
The Lord’s Prayer
"Our
Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth
as it is in heaven. Give us this day our
daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead
*us
not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the
power, and the glory, forever. Amen.”

loved us so much,
we too should love one another.
we too should love one another.

you.

· The Board of Deacons
sponsored their 8th Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk last Sunday with members
of our community and congregation coming together to raise $5500 for the Ronald
McDonald House Charities!
· This was our most
successful 5K in the history of sponsoring the event! It was a beautiful day
not only because of the weather, but the sense of community that all of the
runners, walkers, Families and dogs participating created while raising money
for a very worthy charity which touches the hearts of many in our congregation.
· The Board of Deacons
would like to thank Everyone who made our 5K such a tremendous success!
· Check out the bulletin
board in the Fellowship Hall for some 5K Pictures!
