Prelude
Time of Silence
“In this quiet moment,
Jesus speak to me. Fill my heart with Thy love
divine, Your power let me see.”
divine, Your power let me see.”
Call to Worship
L: The stone that the builders
rejected has become the chief cornerstone
P: The Lord is my strength and my
might; He has become my salvation
L: Blessed is the one who comes
in the name of the Lord
P: O give thanks to the Lord, for
He is good, for His steadfast love endures

Hymn 128 I Sing the Mighty Power of
God
Silent Prayer of Confession
Sung Response & Assurance of
Pardon
“Lord have mercy upon
us. Christ have mercy upon us. Lord have mercy upon us.”
Glory to the Father
“Glory
be to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning
is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.”
An Affirmation of Faith (unison)
This
is the good news which we received, in which we stand and by which we are
saved; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was
buried, that he was raised on the third day; and that he appeared to Mary, then
to the twelve, and to many faithful witnesses. We believe he is the Christ, the
Son of the Living God. He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end,
he is our Lord and our God. Amen.
Sharing of Joys and Concerns

The Lord’s Prayer
"Our
Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth
as it is in heaven. Give us this day our
daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead
*us
not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the
power, and the glory, forever. Amen.”

“This is my body, this is my blood, take
it now in remembrance of the price that has been paid, for… This is my body,
this is my blood, take it now in remembrance of the price that has been paid
for you!”
The Peace
L God sent the world his only Son. Since God
loved us so much,
we too should love one another.
we too should love one another.
P: Let us love one another, since love comes
from God.
L: The Peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with
you all.
P: (to each other) The Peace of Christ be with
you.

CHURCH EVENTS THIS WEEK
Church Friends
· If you can make a phone
call, send a card or make a visit - this is for you! You don’t have to be a
Deacon or a Stephen Minister to touch someone’s life. By just making contact
with someone you can make sure they know they have not been forgotten. It would
not require a regular commitment but periodic times of interaction.
· If you would like to
know more about making a difference this way, contact Candy Burnett.

We will have
vases available at the front of the church for anyone who would like to place a
