Glory to the Father

is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.”
An Affirmation of Faith (unison)
This
is the good news which we received, in which we stand and by which we are
saved; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was
buried, that he was raised on the third day; and that he appeared to Mary, then
to the twelve, and to many faithful witnesses. We believe he is the Christ, the
Son of the Living God. He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end,
he is our Lord and our God. Amen.

Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth
as it is in heaven. Give us this day our

Old
Testament Heroes
You want
to help with the fall preaching series on Old Testament Heroes? Jeff is already
at work on the worship services and preaching, so if you are interested, see
him and find out what heroes, and what is needed to make the stories become
larger than life.
So, for
example, on September 8, we will be looking at Noah, “I Noah Guy!” and will
need some set elements for making an ark, lots of blue colored things, and we
need to find a really good Noah song, maybe like “who built the ark?”
All three
services will be up to our knees in water so…
You willing to help
us get bailed out? It looks like rain…

From the Ovarian Cancer
Research Fund
· Symptoms of ovarian cancer
can be vague and not always gynecologic, such as:
· A swollen or bloated abdomen
or increased girth
· Persistent pressure or pain
in the abdomen or pelvis
· Difficulty eating or feeling
full quickly
· Urinary concerns, such as
urgency or frequency
· Change in bowel habits with
constipation and/or diarrhea
o
Any
woman may have these symptoms for reasons not related to ovarian cancer. But if
these symptoms are new and unusual, and persist for more than two weeks, a
woman should see her doctor and ask about ovarian cancer. Each year 200,000 women
worldwide are diagnosed with ovarian cancer and 125,000 women die from this disease.
The earlier the diagnosis, the better the prognosis.
